Have you ever wished for a best friend, not-so-secret admirer, therapist, and fur baby all wrapped into one perfect little package? Sweet Memphis is exactly that and more! ❤️

Memphis is dashingly handsome, irresistibly cute, and truly one of the goodest boys around (please don’t tell the other cats!). He is the cuddliest, most affectionate cat his foster has ever met. Memphis craves closeness and wants to be held, cuddled, petted, and adored around the clock. He can never be close enough, if someone is wearing a loose shirt, he will happily climb right underneath it, purring the entire time.

He loves all toys, especially catnip kickers and Cat Lures wand toys. He’s just as content climbing up a person’s legs and back as he is scaling the cat tree, saving his future family some money in the process 😉. Memphis is very smart and is learning that fingers and toes are not toys, making him easy to redirect during playtime.

Memphis is also a helpful little guy who assists with breaking down cardboard boxes. He’s quite vocal and will happily announce important moments: little trills or chirps mean it’s time to pee, while crying signals something more urgent! He may also vocalize when he feels left out or misses his people (sometimes mere seconds after they leave the room), so plenty of playtime and stimulation are important for him.

Affection is Memphis’s love language, and kisses are included at no extra cost. He will happily groom his people, clean their hair, and finish with a big tuna-scented smooch on the cheek.

Memphis would be a wonderful addition to almost any family, especially one that can offer plenty of toys, enrichment, and interaction. He gets along beautifully with other cats and has even helped socialize shy fosters. This loving, outgoing boy is ready to bring endless affection and joy to his forever home.

Furry Tales requires all small kittens to be adopted with a playful companion or for there to be a friendly feline already in the adoptive home. Kittens are social beings and companionship is an important part of their development.
