Frack is a very beautiful girl, but also very shy and slow to warm to people. She is slowly starting to enjoy being petted and has even purred on a few occasions! On the rare occasion, and on her terms only, she has allowed belly rubs and even fallen asleep while getting them. She is OK with cheek and chin scratches but can get a bit spicy when she’s had enough.
Frack continues to love her Churu tubes, forgetting everything as soon as she gets a whiff of her beloved treat, They’ve been a great positive association to help get her used to affection. Slow and steady, she is starting to show signs that she craves love, affection, and comfort. She is just figuring things out for now, and that is ok.
She hasn’t shown much interest in any toys, but she’s figured out the cat tree and enjoys sitting on the windowsill at night and looking out the window. Frack gets along great with her pal Frick, and seems to be smitten with the resident cat, Beans, allowing them to sit next to her and even groom her.
Furry Tales requires all small kittens to be adopted with a playful companion or for there to be a friendly feline already in the adoptive home. Kittens are social beings and companionship is an important part of their development.
