Andre Curtis is a handsome black cat with a gentle, thoughtful personality. Like many black cats, he can be a little more cautious at first, but he is already showing that he enjoys affection. He is comfortable with pets and being picked up, though after a while he lets you know when he’s ready to get back down and continue with his day.

One of Andre Curtis’s favorite activities is finding the perfect sunny spot for a cozy nap. When he stretches out in the sunshine, his coat shows off a beautiful rusty hue that gives him an extra bit of charm. His fur is still a little rough right now, but it’s already beginning to soften, and with time, good nutrition, and indoor living, he’s sure to grow into a sleek and glossy boy.

Andre Curtis has a playful side and especially enjoys spending time with the smaller kittens. He can be a little enthusiastic during playtime, so his foster family helps redirect his energy toward the bigger kittens and appropriate toys when needed.

With his sweet nature, love of sunny naps, and gentle progress toward confidence, Andre Curtis is a lovely cat who is sure to continue blossoming with patience and care.

Bonded in with Teddy Bear and Nee Nee.

Teddy Bear, Nee Nee and Buffy are all looking to be adopted together.

Buffy is a sweet and gentle girl who is slowly becoming more confident every day. She can still get nervous when someone walks close to her and may run off to hide, but she doesn’t stay hidden for long anymore. Once she feels comfortable, she absolutely loves attention, especially chin scratches.

Buffy is also a huge fan of being brushed and will happily enjoy a grooming session almost anywhere on her body. She’s a little restless during both pets and brushing, happily flopping from side to side as she soaks up the attention. She’s even starting to find her voice, though she’s still a fairly quiet girl.

This curious girl has a real adventurous streak. She’s very agile and loves exploring places the other cats can’t reach, including hiding spots that are nearly impossible to find. She has even been known to perch on top of the kitchen cabinets and surprise her foster family during breakfast! When she’s not exploring, she enjoys relaxing in the cat tree or watching the world outside from the window.

Buffy is eating well and prefers dry food, though she also nibbles on wet food. She has regular litter box habits and is very thorough about burying her business. She’s also very gentle and has shown no aggressive behaviors, even when she was squirmy during her nail trim.

With her sweet nature, curious personality, and growing confidence, Buffy is a lovely girl who just needs a little patience and space when she feels nervous. Once she trusts you, she’s happy to show you what a wonderful companion she can be.

Please welcome Casper! This handsome 1-year-old tuxedo boy is friendly, cuddly, confident, and full of playful energy.

Casper absolutely adores toys and is always ready for a game of chase. Once he’s caught his prize, he loves carrying it off with him! He’s a busy boy, which also explains why getting a good photo of him can be quite the challenge. He’s either on the move or walking straight toward the camera.

When he’s ready for some affection, Casper loves attention and is happy to cuddle up in a lap. He also enjoys being picked up and has been a wonderfully affectionate boy. So far, he’s been fairly quiet, letting his sweet personality do all the talking.

Casper also has great litter box habits and a healthy appetite. With his confidence, playful spirit, and love of cuddles, this handsome tuxedo boy is ready to charm his way into his forever home!

Little Chimken, also affectionately known as Chimmichanga, is a sweet and playful doll of a kitten. She is exceptionally human-oriented and loves nothing more than snuggling in a lap or being carried around by her favorite people.

This extra fuzzy little girl’s beauty truly goes beyond what pictures can capture. With a unique shape to her head and face, along with her distinctive ears, she looks like she might even have some Maine Coon heritage. Lovable and charming, Chimmi is a true joy to be around.

Cool Ranch Dorita is a quirky and extremely playful girl with a big personality. She absolutely loves, loves, loves Churus, and tasty treats were the key to helping this initially shy girl start building trust with her people.

Dorita can still startle easily and needs patience and understanding, especially after unfamiliar or stressful experiences. Once she feels safe, though, her funny and affectionate side shines through. She has even been known to sneak onto her foster parent’s lap when she thinks no one is looking!

She gets along wonderfully with the other kittens and loves having feline friends to play with. With patience, treats, and plenty of playtime, Cool Ranch Dorita is sure to keep blossoming into an even more confident and loving companion.

Curry is a beautiful 5-month-old calico female who is looking for her forever home after a rough start. She was rescued by Furry Tales Cat Rescue after being found in a ditch in Aylmer, Quebec, along with her companion Tim. Now that she is safe and cared for, this young kitten is ready to find a family of her own.

When Curry first arrived, she was suffering from a swollen and painful elbow, which was discovered to be an abscess from a bite. She has since made a full recovery, and is now spayed, microchipped, and vaccinated, ensuring she is healthy and ready for her next chapter.

This resilient girl has put her difficult beginnings behind her and is officially ready for adoption. With all her medical needs taken care of, Curry is just waiting for the perfect person to bring her home.

Curry is hoping to be adopted with her brother Tim.

Haven took some time to safely decompress in his foster room, but now that he knows he’s safe, he’s starting to take some very brave steps!

Once the house gets completely quiet at night, Haven gently slips out to explore. He’s been taking slow, curious strolls into the main bedroom and quietly roaming other parts of the house under the cover of darkness. While he still prefers a predictable, low-pressure space during the day, his nighttime adventures show just how much curiosity he has.

For now, Haven especially loves it when his foster is down at floor level with him. With patience, gentle encouragement, and the space to explore at his own pace, this brave boy is continuing to build confidence every day.

Hermes came in from a colony in Napanee.

Hermes has a dog soul in a kitty body. He is an incredibly social and friendly boy who wants to say hello to everyone and follows his people around wherever they go. He doesn’t like being left alone and will happily let you know when he thinks he’s not getting enough attention.

Hermes absolutely loves cuddling and has a particularly adorable habit of “nursing” on soft beds and comfy blankets. He’s also incredibly affectionate and seems to look at his people as though he’s completely in love with them.

This boy is also very smart and seems to understand words and instructions remarkably well, even when they’re spoken in Spanish. He’s a big fan of mealtime and comes running whenever he hears a can opening or the microwave. He even thinks medication time is exciting and will happily take a syringe of water just so he can participate!

Hermes is full of energy and loves playing with his feline friends, especially wrestling and chasing tails. Because he’s such a social kitten, he really needs a home with other friendly cats who will appreciate his enthusiasm for playtime.

He’s also wonderfully easygoing when it comes to handling. Hermes happily lets people touch his paws and ears, which should make things like nail trims and ear cleaning much easier. With his intelligence, endless energy, and incredibly loving personality, Hermes is a truly special boy who is ready to adore his forever family.

Jessica may be the tiniest kitten of the group, but she certainly has one of the biggest personalities. Small in size but full of spirit, she’s never afraid to let everyone know exactly how she feels. When her bigger foster siblings get a little too enthusiastic during playtime, Jessica has no problem speaking up and setting her boundaries.

This beautiful little girl is impossible to miss thanks to her striking appearance. Her gorgeous white coat is complemented by one blue eye and one green eye, giving her a truly unique look that is sure to become even more stunning as she grows.

Jessica is gaining weight a little more slowly than the larger kittens, but she’s making steady progress. She spends a bit more time napping to recharge, though she still loves joining in for playtime and is just as happy sitting back to watch her siblings’ silly antics unfold.

Jessica is a sweet, feisty little kitten with plenty of charm packed into a tiny package. She is also very happy to report that her foster mom is keeping her safely away from any wells.

Mom is Sally. Siblings are Barrel, Jack, Zero and Shock.

A blur of motion, a leap of joy—ready to spring into your heart.

Lock, the fifth and final kitten of Sally’s litter, has earned the title of most difficult to photograph because he is quite literally a blur of motion! This VERY high-energy boy treats everything as a toy—including your phone—and is an impressive acrobat who will jump at just about anything, often with hilarious results.

The moment you walk into the room, Lock will be there to greet you, ready to play with your fingers, toes, hair, or clothes. While Lock isn’t a traditional lap cat, he still enjoys close interaction. You can hold him during play or even have him lie on his back on your legs for some fun wrestling.

As one of the “three musketeers” along with his siblings Shock and Barrel, Lock is exceptionally adventurous and curious. If you are looking for a spirited companion who never stops exploring, Lock is ready to leap into your life!

Mom is Maya. Siblings are Mimo, and Mateo.

Say hello to Micah! This fun-loving little guy is always on the lookout for a great game. Whether he is batting at his ball tower or leaping after a wand toy, he is ready to chase anything that moves. But don’t let his energetic spirit fool you. Micah is a total softie at heart. He absolutely loves getting pets and curling up right beside his humans for a cozy, purr-filled nap.

Micah has been so strong over the last few months. He and his brother have been waiting for their forever homes since March while dealing with entropion, which caused his eyelashes to painfully rub against his eyes. Micah had to endure temporary eye stitches, three-times-a-day eye drops, and wearing a cone for weeks. Thankfully, he had his big corrective surgery in late August and is doing fantastic! With his eyes feeling better, his happy personality is truly shining through.

Micah’s biggest comfort during his tough medical journey was his brother, Mimo. These two sweet boys are completely devoted to each other and have been best friends since day one. They are amazing little survivors who truly deserve the perfect home. We would love nothing more than for Micah and Mimo to find a family where they can spend the rest of their lives side by side.
