Archie is a friendly fellow and a true people-pleaser who loves receiving plenty of pets and attention. He has a great appetite and has consistently shown good litter box skills, making him a wonderful and easy-going companion in the home.

He is currently looking for a quiet forever home where he can be the center of attention. Because he thrives in a more predictable environment, he would do best in a household with no young kids.

Barq is a playful kitten. While he may not like being picked up (yet…) he absolutely loves pets! His favorites are back scratches and he has starting making biscuits and rolling over and showing his belly.

Buffy is a sweet and gentle girl who is slowly becoming more confident every day. She can still get nervous when someone walks close to her and may run off to hide, but she doesn’t stay hidden for long anymore. Once she feels comfortable, she absolutely loves attention, especially chin scratches.

Buffy is also a huge fan of being brushed and will happily enjoy a grooming session almost anywhere on her body. She’s a little restless during both pets and brushing, happily flopping from side to side as she soaks up the attention. She’s even starting to find her voice, though she’s still a fairly quiet girl.

This curious girl has a real adventurous streak. She’s very agile and loves exploring places the other cats can’t reach, including hiding spots that are nearly impossible to find. She has even been known to perch on top of the kitchen cabinets and surprise her foster family during breakfast! When she’s not exploring, she enjoys relaxing in the cat tree or watching the world outside from the window.

Buffy is eating well and prefers dry food, though she also nibbles on wet food. She has regular litter box habits and is very thorough about burying her business. She’s also very gentle and has shown no aggressive behaviors, even when she was squirmy during her nail trim.

With her sweet nature, curious personality, and growing confidence, Buffy is a lovely girl who just needs a little patience and space when she feels nervous. Once she trusts you, she’s happy to show you what a wonderful companion she can be.

Chanel came in from a colony in Napanee.

Chanel has come a long way from the very shy little girl who preferred to stay hidden in her safe space. After a couple of weeks of taking things at her own pace, she has become a brave, curious kitten who loves to explore, play, and get into a little mischief. She now comes to the door in the morning to say hello, ask for pets, and even talks back to her foster family when she has something to say.

Chanel is slowly discovering that people aren’t so scary after all. She is getting closer during movie time and starting to ask for cuddles, but she still needs people who will give her plenty of time and space. Sudden movements and loud environments can still frighten her, so she would likely do best in a calm home without young children.

Chanel also really benefits from having confident feline friends around. When she is unsure about something, she likes to watch how the other cats interact with people before deciding whether it’s safe to join in. Having another friendly cat in her forever home will help give her the confidence and reassurance she needs.

With patience, love, and respect for her boundaries, Chanel continues to blossom into a playful, curious, and affectionate little girl. She just needs a family willing to let her open up in her own time.

Meet Cyril, a handsome 2-year-old who is looking for a patient and loving home. Cyril took a little time to warm up in his foster home but is doing great. He has the most sweet, soulful eyes that will surely melt your heart.

The secret to winning Cyril over is simple: delicious treats and a gentle approach. Once he feels comfortable, he’ll come over on his own to seek out pets and affection.

He also gains a lot of confidence when he’s around other friendly cats, so having a feline friend in the home would help him feel more comfortable and have him come out of his shell even faster.

Dior came in from a colony in Napanee.

Dior is a handsome mackerel tabby who is has worked so hard to build his confidence. He enjoys joining his siblings for playtime and is becoming more comfortable exploring his surroundings, though sudden movements or loud noises can still make him cautious.

Curious and playful, Dior likes trying out different toys and is always interested in seeing what is available, even if he has not chosen a favorite yet, as why chose when you can have them all?

When it is time to relax, Dior often enjoys cuddling up with in a cozy spot. With patience and love, this sweet boy continues to grow braver every day and let more of his personality shine through.

Dior has officially conquered FIP, completed his treatment, and received a clean bill of health! Now, this brave boy is ready to leave his past behind and start his next chapter with a loving forever family.

Fanta is a sweet girl who has recently come out of her shell. She came into care a bit shy, but is quickly warming to humans, realizing how much she loves pets!

Fresca is a slightly timid but oh-so-friendly girl who loves attention. She greets the volunteers right away and even climbed up their legs to ask for pets! She absolutely adores being petted and will happily stay by your side if it means getting more attention. She’s not quite a fan of being picked up just yet, but she’s very comfortable showing you exactly where she wants those pets.

Fresca also loves to play and gets along wonderfully with other kittens. She had a great time playing with Moon and Skooma.

Gracie is a gentle, quiet soul who is currently taking things very slowly in her new surroundings. While she’s still figuring out that the world is a safe place, she is remarkably sweet and gentle, just waiting for the right adopter to give her the quiet, calm environment she needs to blossom at her own pace.

Henry is a sweet and easygoing boy who settles into new environments remarkably fast. He is a gentle soul and a total “purr machine” who loves head scratches and will even roll onto his back for more affection.

While he enjoys being close to his humans and might meow for your attention when you’re busy, he is also perfectly content to find a spot to sleep on his own. This well-behaved boy isn’t picky about his food and has incredibly soft fur, though he does shed a bit.

He has a playful side and absolutely loves ripping up empty toilet paper rolls. Occasionally, when he gets a little too excited or happy during playtime or petting, he might give a gentle, non-aggressive bite to show he’s getting carried away with joy.
