Akhari is the beautiful mama of three tiny chaos goblins, and she’s doing an amazing job raising them! She’s learning to relax and enjoy some well-deserved attention while occasionally watching her little ones make questionable life choices from a safe distance.

Mom is Rhea. Siblings are Troy, Ithaca, Odysseus, Helen, and Artemis.

Meet Aphrodite, a beautiful tabby girl who is a true explorer at heart! She spends her days playing, climbing, and jumping as she discovers every corner of her world. When it’s time to eat, Aphrodite is full of enthusiasm; she absolutely loves her wet food and is just starting to discover dry food, though she hasn’t quite learned how to stay out of the bowl yet—you might find her whole body right in the middle of her meal!

This sweet kitten is a huge fan of human attention and isn’t afraid to demand it. Whether she’s greeting you with her high-pitched meows or playfully climbing onto your feet as you walk in, she makes sure you know she’s there. While she has been working hard on her litter box training for almost a week, she’s still a work in progress, but her loving and curious personality makes her a joy to be around.

Artemis is a curious and active tabby girl who loves to explore her surroundings. Whether she’s climbing, jumping, or playing, she is always on the move and discovering something new about the world around her.

This little explorer is a big fan of human attention and isn’t shy about asking for it. When you walk into the room, expect Artemis to demand your affection with her high-pitched meows or by climbing right onto your feet. She is also a very enthusiastic eater who loves her wet food—though she’s still learning how to stay out of the bowl and often ends up with her whole body in her dinner!

Artemis has been working hard on her litter box training for about a week. While she still has the occasional accident, she is making steady progress as she grows and learns.

Mother is Otheo. Sister is Valencia.

Athens is a confident little ball of energy who loves running around and exploring every nook and cranny. She is always ready for her next adventure and will take every opportunity to try escaping the kitten room!

She has a wonderful bond with her sister, Valencia, and loves playing with her. When she’s ready to relax, her favorite place is the warming bed, where she can recharge before heading off on her next adventure.

Betsy’s journey to us started as a stray who kept showing up at a kind neighbor’s home. Despite weeks of searching, no owner ever came forward. Her rescuer made sure she was fed, loved, and even took her to the vet over the course of six weeks. Now, she has landed safely in her foster home!

She is a truly beautiful, gentle, and affectionate soul who is settling in wonderfully. She also happens to have a huge appetite—and for very good reason!

She is officially a proud mom to four beautiful, healthy kittens! This sweet girl did an amazing job welcoming her perfect foursome (two orange, one black, and one grey) into the world. Bringing new life into the world is hard work, and after snacking on Churu treats for energy during the delivery, Betsy practically sprinted to her dinner bowl that evening. Now, this happy, hungry mama is focused on resting, eating well, and safely raising her adorable and vocal new family.

Kittens are Declan, Gunther, Louisa, and Fiadh.

Meet Bombay! Affectionately known as BB or Beebs, this incredibly sweet girl is a devoted mama to her growing kittens. Her little ones are growing fast and have just opened their eyes to the world. When she isn’t busy caring for them, she is a total “velcro kitty” who loves to stick right by your side.

Bombay is quite the chatterbox and adores spending quality time with her humans. She boasts a remarkably loud purr that rumbles the moment she gets company. As she settles in, she is becoming braver and more adventurous every single day.

Mom is Miss Vickie. Siblings are Pringle, Takis, Ringlo, and Tortilla.

Bugle is a spirited young guy who brings a wonderful mix of “sweet and spicy” to everything he does. Although he has dealt with some eye issues, he hasn’t let that dampen his bold personality. He is a vocal companion who loves to let out loud meows as he roams and explores his environment.

When he is finished with his daily adventures, Bugle is all about the affection. He loves to settle down for a nap, happily snuggling and sleeping in your hands, arms, or right on your chest. He is a charming, high-energy fellow who knows exactly how to wind down for some quality one-on-one time.

Came in with Milkshake.

Calypso and Milkshake are a palliative care bonded duo, who will remain with us for the rest of Milkshake’s days.

Calypso is an outgoing, energetic, and playful big black panther who is ready to steal your heart! Don’t let his handsome, 18-pound frame fool you—he is incredibly agile, effortlessly leaping to the top of a bookcase without knocking anything over. His long, silky black fur, accented by a small white “ascot” on his chest, rarely seems to matt.

This five-year-old boy is a complete sweetheart. He is super affectionate, not shy at all, and literally came out for pets the moment he arrived in care. He loves to roll onto his back for a good belly rub and purrs a soft, contented purr. Calypso is the perfect snuggle buddy and thrives on being around people. Calypso continues to be the best brother – he’s very tolerant and puts up with a lot from Milkshake, often helping groom him, a favour that is rarely returned.

This bigger-than-life boy comes with a built-in alarm clock, making sure you do not miss his breakfast time. He loves his food and makes sure he doesn’t miss a meal! Calypso doesn’t play independently as much as his brother and is obsessed with his wand toy and will chase it and you around the house every evening to ensure that your both get your exercise! He knows the sound of the drawer it’s kept in opening and always comes barreling around the corner for play time! He’s a very smart boy and will listen for the sound of the bell on the wand toy and hide around the corner it’s closest to, waiting for it to come by, instead of just chasing it around and around. Calypso also loves slippers and Kleenex boxes and if we leave these laying around he’s often found with his front legs/paws inside of them!

Quite the talker, Calypso will serenade you during car rides and meow when he hears you walking nearby, though he is quiet at night. He uses his litter box perfectly but will need an extra-large box to accommodate him. He absolutely LOVES Churu and Temptation treats! With Calypso, there is simply more to love! These two boys have very different personalities but compliment each other perfectly.

Chanel came in from a colony in Napanee.

Chanel has come a long way from the very shy little girl who preferred to stay hidden in her safe space. After a couple of weeks of taking things at her own pace, she has become a brave, curious kitten who loves to explore, play, and get into a little mischief. She now comes to the door in the morning to say hello, ask for pets, and even talks back to her foster family when she has something to say.

Chanel is slowly discovering that people aren’t so scary after all. She is getting closer during movie time and starting to ask for cuddles, but she still needs people who will give her plenty of time and space. Sudden movements and loud environments can still frighten her, so she would likely do best in a calm home without young children.

Chanel also really benefits from having confident feline friends around. When she is unsure about something, she likes to watch how the other cats interact with people before deciding whether it’s safe to join in. Having another friendly cat in her forever home will help give her the confidence and reassurance she needs.

With patience, love, and respect for her boundaries, Chanel continues to blossom into a playful, curious, and affectionate little girl. She just needs a family willing to let her open up in her own time.

Declan is growing fast and hitting some exciting milestones! He and his siblings are becoming increasingly mobile as they begin to explore the world just outside their nest for short bursts of time. Their unique personalities are already starting to shine through as they discover how to play and interact with their surroundings.

Socialization is a top priority as these kittens grow. They are learning to enjoy being handled by people and are even getting comfortable with having their paws touched in preparation for future nail trims. It is wonderful to watch them grow and develop into confident little explorers.

Dior came in from a colony in Napanee.

Dior is a handsome mackerel tabby who is has worked so hard to build his confidence. He enjoys joining his siblings for playtime and is becoming more comfortable exploring his surroundings, though sudden movements or loud noises can still make him cautious.

Curious and playful, Dior likes trying out different toys and is always interested in seeing what is available, even if he has not chosen a favorite yet, as why chose when you can have them all?

When it is time to relax, Dior often enjoys cuddling up with in a cozy spot. With patience and love, this sweet boy continues to grow braver every day and let more of his personality shine through.
