Mentos is a sweet, resilient girl who has settled beautifully into foster care. Returned to the rescue through no fault of her own, she has remained incredibly trusting and affectionate, greeting people with nothing but love despite the changes she’s experienced. With her soft fur and gentle personality, she happily soaks up attention and even enjoys a good belly rub.
She has a wonderful balance of playful energy and laid-back charm. Mentos is just as happy chasing toys as she is curling up for a cozy nap under the bed or in her carrier. She enjoys being around people and likes having company, while also appreciating a quiet place to relax when she’s ready for some downtime.
Although she doesn’t enjoy being confined to a single room, Mentos is perfectly content lounging on a bed or chair while her people go about their day. During supervised time around the house, she loves exploring and has a particular fondness for diving into the toy box to pick out her next favorite toy.
Mentos can be quite vocal, especially while she’s exploring downstairs, and she’s still settling into her new surroundings. As she becomes more comfortable, her foster family expects this may become less frequent. She has a healthy appetite, especially when someone is nearby to keep her company during meals, and she has excellent litter box habits.
