Moose is a brave boy who hasn’t let a rough start slow down his purr motor! Since coming in as an emergency intake, he has proven to be the ultimate “velcro cat.” He’s a champion biscuit-maker who loves to burrow under the covers or curl up on your chest for a nap. While he prefers to keep his own four paws on the ground rather than being picked up, he will happily shower you with head-butts and affectionate “kisses” to show his love.
This social butterfly is a friend to everyone! Moose gets along famously with other cats and loves sharing beds, toys, and snacks with his foster siblings. When he’s not busy snuggling, you can find him chasing spring toys or wrestling with his catnip kicker. He has a big personality and a gentle spirit that makes him a joy to have around the house.
On the health front, Moose is a work-in-progress. He’s a bit of a “food critic” who insists on a wet-food-only diet of fishy flavors, and he’s being closely monitored to make sure he stays on a healthy track. He hasn’t had any urinary issues since entering care, and while he isn’t a fan of taking his meds, he’s worth every bit of extra effort.
Moose’s comfort and well-being remain the top priority as he continues to recover. Moose is a truly lovely and affectionate boy who will make a wonderful companion for a family ready to enjoy his endless snuggles.
