Purrywise (or Purry for short) is a cautious little explorer who likes to take her time getting to know people. While she can be highly suspicious and often prefers to watch from a distance, her gentle soul is beginning to shine through.
She has recently started to test the waters by allowing brief, sweet pets while resting on her favorite window perch. Though she keeps a watchful eye on her foster parents to ensure there are no fast moves, Purrywise happily comes out of hiding for dinner and playtime.
She is a sweet girl who simply needs time, love, and patience to truly blossom into a wonderful companion. Because she is still learning to trust, we recommend a home with adults or older, respectful children rather than a household with small children or dogs.
Furry Tales requires all small kittens to be adopted with a playful companion or for there to be a friendly feline already in the adoptive home. Kittens are social beings and companionship is an important part of their development.
