On June 13, 2026, we said goodbye to sweet little Nia, whose time with us was far too short. That morning, she passed peacefully after a sudden struggle to breathe. Though her life was brief, she touched hearts in ways much bigger than her tiny 500 grams.Nia was diagnosed with a diaphragmatic hernia, a condition that had shifted her tiny organs and left her too small for the corrective surgery she so deserved. Despite everything, she remained a gentle, sweet soul — quiet, loving, and deeply cherished by those lucky enough to know her.
Though we only had a short time with her, the love she gave and inspired will not be forgotten. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
Rest in peace, precious girl. You were loved beyond measure.
