Cats in Care (not yet available for adoption)

Mom is Annette, siblings are Agnes, Emerald, Minne, Sundance, Jacki , and Marble.

Agnes is a wee calico girl. This sweet little one is still busy growing up and discovering the wonders of the world! Stay tuned for updates as she grows up.

Mom is Cardamom. Siblings are Clementine, Nutmeg, Snickers, Twix and Cocoa.

This gorgeous grey girl is Anise. She is very playful and marched to the best of her own drum – she is not a follower, and does her own thing. She loves feet, climbing, and playing with toys and the other cats. She is a wonderful cutie pie!

Annette is busy being a good mom and raising her kittens. She is a pretty girl with unique markings with a lovely personality. This sweet and gentle girl enjoys pets and head scratches and always comes to greet her foster. When not busy with her kittens, she likes to sit on the windowsill and watch the birds and squirrels.

Arthur is back in our care, a former Furry Tales baby surrendered through no fault of his own. After a brief time at OHS, he is absolutely thrilled to be settling into a home environment again! We are giving him all the time he needs to adjust and find a new home just right for him.

Arthur is proving to be loving, sweet, and curious. He and his friend Morgan are absolute snuggle bugs. After setting in, he’s become a very active boy who can be a bit mischievous when he’s looking for entertainment. Arthur is obsessed with the laser toy and anything catnip-related, and has discovered the joys of Cat TV. He also enjoys bird reality TV from the cozy bed in front of the living room window, and his latest obsession is boxes! Arthur is a certified box boy, claiming a recent shipping box as his own, as well as some tissue paper he found that now serves as makeshift bedding and a play thing.

While not necessarily best friends, he and Morgan do chase each other around, play a bit, and give each other the occasional bath, but on the whole Arthur is quite independent.

Calypso and Milkshake are a palliative care bonded duo, who will remain with us for the rest of Milkshake’s days.

Calypso is an outgoing, energetic, and playful big black panther who is ready to steal your heart! Don’t let his handsome, 18-pound frame fool you—he is incredibly agile, effortlessly leaping to the top of a bookcase without knocking anything over. His long, silky black fur, accented by a small white “ascot” on his chest, rarely seems to matt.

This five-year-old boy is a complete sweetheart. He is super affectionate, not shy at all, and literally came out for pets the moment he arrived in care. He loves to roll onto his back for a good belly rub and purrs a soft, contented purr. Calypso is the perfect snuggle buddy and thrives on being around people.

This bigger-than-life boy comes with a built-in alarm clock, making sure you do not miss his breakfast time. He loves his food and makes sure he doesn’t miss a meal! He also loves the wand toy and will chase it and you around the house every evening, to ensure that your both get your exercise!

Quite the talker, Calypso will serenade you during car rides and meow when he hears you walking nearby, though he is quiet at night. He would be a wonderful addition to any home and, with a proper introduction, gets along with other cats (he loves his buddy Milkshake and lived with other cats previously). He uses his litter box perfectly but will need an extra-large box to accommodate him. He absolutely LOVES Churu and Temptation treats! With Calypso, there is simply more to love!

Cardamom loves attention! Whether it’s being petted, getting treats, or just sitting near her humans. She is sweet and gentle, loves being held, and purrs so loudly! She isn’t shy around new people and is truly lovely inside and out. She enjoys exploring and is a great eater.

Cardamom is the sweetest, prettiest can and on top of all that, just an absolute angel!

Clementine is a playful, curious little guy who was the first of his group to use the litter box. He is so full of energy and loves to climb onto his foster! He is often one of the first to wander over when someone enters the room. With his beautiful fur pattern and charming personality, Clementine is a truly handsome little fellow.

Cocoa is the first to come up when her foster enters the room, the first one who wants to be picked up, and the first one who wants to cuddle on her lap and fall asleep. She loves a good nap, human attention, and playing. She is her mom’s twin, and has the cutest face!

Meet Dewy!

Dewey is notoriously hard to photograph unless he’s asleep, mostly because when he’s awake, he’s pure orange chaos. He doesn’t actually sleep that much; he’s just moving too fast for a good picture unless he’s finally resting.

Dewey is the biggest of his group and clearly enjoys running the show. He’s affectionate on his own terms, but when he’s sleepy, all he wants is cuddles. He loves every toy he’s offered, and anything he can find that could be a toy quickly becomes one.
